Quality Control Operator II

Dealertrack is currently looking for a Quality Control Operator.

The schedule for this position is 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Your role:

The essential responsibilities of the Quality Control Operator are to systematically review keyed data for accuracy, completeness and overall quality as a final product before sending to Lender. This position verifies and proofreads extensive data entry fields to locate and correct errors from keyed data originating from other operators and/or vendors. The QC Operator must meet certain Lender requirements as to quality control and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED


• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and oversight


• Ability to work in fast paced environments and multi task


• Demonstrates attention to detail and has the ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes or duties


• Exhibits regular interest and ability to adjust to business demands, do what is needed, learn new tasks and train other team members while being accountable, managing conflict positively, while driving results.


• Ability to type 35-40 wpm


• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer knowledge


• Visual recognition, proof reading proficiency


• Ability to sit for longer periods of time to complete repetitive tasks


• Two years general administrative or data entry experience


• Must pass all required pre-employment applications and screenings
