This role is based within the Human Resource team here at Sarepta, we are looking for an exceptional person with superior recruitment skills who can work proactively in a faced paced, high growth environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating and extending offers.
* Experienced with a variety of sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media and other additional cost-effective non-traditional sourcing methods
* Be an effective ambassador of the company by managing and coordinating all communication with candidates.
* Providing input in Company's recruiting strategy and visibility efforts
* Perform internal and external compensation analysis to ensure that offers are fair and competitive.
* Manage offer processes in partnership with Company's HR Business Partner(s) and Hiring Managers
* Direct interview processes with support of a Recruiting Coordinator
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
* Contribute to other staffing related projects as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in biotech/pharma recruitment.
* An expert level of knowledge in full-lifecycle recruitment including: Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated successes in networking and building pipelines, comprehensive behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches effectively
* The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Team player and problem solver with a high sense of urgency and motivation
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
