Job Description

Torch Technologies will provide advice and assistance to OFP CTF to support fighter flight operations by effectively and efficiently managing the end-to-end developmental and operational test requirements for all F-15 and F-16 software and hardware changes. The Senior Level Scientist/Engineer/Analyst may provide advice and assistance developing test concepts, preparing test plans, managing test execution, collecting data, analyzing data, and preparing test briefings, reports, and recommendations; providing operationally focused technical and engineering support and preparing operations analysis, Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test scenarios and profiles, instrumentation requirements and data formats, operational requirement documents, formal test plans and reports, test execution, data collection, operations analysis, and formal presentation of test results.

The Senior Scientist/Engineer/Analyst typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. This position may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. The Senior Scientist/Engineer/Analyst will have knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems.

Job Requirements

Requires over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree in the applicable discipline. 12 years (or a Bachelor's plus 8 years) of work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Requires a minimum of DoD Final SECRET clearance and may require a DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
