Job Description Position Overview: As a Windows L3 admin, you will be responsible for supporting our Windows environment and provide various solutions viz. password reset, troubleshooting Service Accounts, etc. You will also be conducting investigation of where accounts are being used and how and support Change Management teams across NTT Data client organizations.
Must have at least 5-7 years experience in a Windows L3 Administration role and, more recently, modern cloud technology is a big plus.
Windows Server Administration, OS Patching, Windows Service Account Management
* 5-7 years' experience in configuring, imaging, patching and troubleshooting Windows Server environments
Must be enthusiastic, organized and adaptable; a quick learner, who is able to adopt new technology with ease.
Must have self-confidence, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to integrate seamlessly with other IT professionals.
Must have a major bias towards achieving total internal customer satisfaction.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members.
Healthcare industry experience is a big plus!
Day to Day job Duties:
Identify Windows Server Accounts across domains to identify the usage of the accounts
Reset passwords on Serviec Accounts as and when dictated by the IT policies.
Troubleshoot access issues
Work with Change Management teams to implement Changes as and when required
Create tickets to ensure identified Serviec Account Issues are resolved
Work with identified stakeholders to complete administration tasks
Provide status on all work
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering * Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
MCSE, MCSA or any relevant Windows Server Certifications
