Relevant Years of Experience:

4-6 years of relevant experience

Must-Have Technical Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM App Development.

Hands-on experience implementing enterprise-level CRM technical solutions, configuration, and integration.

2+ years of experience working with the Vlocity platform (Omniscript, SME in Vlocity's domain-specific functions like Contract Price Quote, Billing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Order Management, etc.)

Experience with implementing Salesforce's Sales, Service, and/or Marketing cloud solutions.

Ability to understand customer needs and map them into Salesforce / Vlocity architecture.

Responsibilities

Working experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Component must have -

Working experience with Salesforce and Mulesoft Integration strongly preferred -

Vlocity certification must have -

Apex Class and Visual force development should meet NTT DATA and Salesforce.com recommended standards -

Apex Test classes should have a minimum of 90% coverage, all functionalities and bulk operations might be validated. -

Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower -

Familiar with JavaScript, style sheet, XML, and Web Services -

Implement Vlocity solution for in the health insurance sector -

Able to work independently support the business users for any production issues/incidents -

Should have expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing), Apex Programming, and Force.com Capabilities


Nice to have skills

Might have been the primary owner for Data Migration, Web Services, and Integration activity at least in one end-to-end implementation project.

Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities -

Experience in SQL query writing. Strong relational database background/understanding.

Platform Developer 1 Certification is a must - Platform Developer 2 Certification is preferred

Vlocity Health Quoting Developer preferred -

SFDC Certification Architect is an advantage -

Experience in Continuous Integration is preferred Basic Qualifications4 Year College Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business)

Basic Qualifications
