Assist Turnover Lead with the following:

1. Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information. (MTR's, packing slips, spool drawings)

2. Checking and entering data. (Heat numbers, material descriptions)

3. Checking and distributing documents and correspondence.

4. Verifying documentation in Turnover Books.

5. Photocopying, scanning, and printing documentation for Turnover books.

6. Typing documents and correspondence.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Skills

1. Organizational.

2. Time management and the ability to prioritize work.

3. Attention to detail accuracy.

4. Adaptability.

5. Team work.

6. Communication skills - verbal and written.
