The Team:

The Opportunity:The Mattel Toy Store is seeking a Toy Store Lead to assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in the management, leadership, and over site of the retail business at the Mattel Toy store located at 8400 Fairway Place in Middleton.

What Your Impact Will Be:

* Support the Assistant Manager and Manager in the management of Retail Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory Management
* Ensure that customer service is the top priority and that all staff reflect this philosophy
* Promptly resolve all customer service problems/issues to minimize future occurrences
* In partnership with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, responsible for achieving revenue goals

What We're Looking For:

* Previous Retail Management or Customer Service Experience
* Superb Organizational skills
* Demonstrated high level of Customer Service skills
* Flexibility to work longer hours during peak season
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Must have reliable attendance in order to cover day-to-day aspects of the business
