Job Description:

Wilco Store Salesperson

This is a part-time position working 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information on the store sales floor, focused on the hardware, paint, automotive, electrical and plumbing sections.


• Assist customers solve hardware and home project questions.


• Open and close farm stores as directed by managers.


• Maintain and comply with established retail standards.

• Experience with hand and power tools, basic electrical, plumbing and hardware knowledge.


• The desire to share knowledge and educate coworkers and customers.


• The ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.


• Open availability evenings and weekends.


• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
