Job Highlights

• Supervise employees, issue TPC evaluation tests, monitor workforce and repair any time clock errors.


• Train employees in SAP, reg Action, personal development, and SAMS revisions.


• Send calibration equipment to ensure factory recalibration is done before expiration date.


• Monitor the Maintenance Work Process for repeat equipment failures and cost saving project.


• Write CARs and manage projects.


• Make sure all employees are following all EHS&S policies.


• Inspect the technicians' work to make sure it aligns with industry best practices.


• Distribute daily work orders and communicate with PMC on work load verses available man hours.


• Constant communication with E/I planner on cost effective instrumentation and HVAC.


• Audit regAction refrigerant software for leaks in excess of leak rate guidelines.


• Assist process and project engineers with electrical and instrumentation guidelines.


• Ensure that all technicians are certified radiation users and comply with all regulations set forth by the Arkansas Department of Health, including wipe tests, visual inspections, and audits.


• Identify goals and objectives for employees.


• Ensure the 13.8kv distribution system is functioning at maximum reliability.


• Maintain the ISO equipment certification


• Keep all equipment records up to date.

Requirements

• Technical certificate or AAS degree in Instrumentation required, bachelor degree in a technical discipline preferred with 3-5 years of experience in similar manufacturing environment.


• Knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance, critical instrumentation validation, and EPA refrigeration compliance.


• RSO certification, EPA universal license, HVAC license, Master Electrical License.
