SALES COORDINATOR: This position will assist the Sales Department in delivery of prime product and
Allied product inventory. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing incoming and outgoing prime product inventory & attachments.
Locating equipment and attachments.
Coordinating both new and used sales department repair work with the service department.
Maintaining yard organization for both machine and attachments.
Managing demonstration starts and stops.
Handling all invoicing to customers of product purchased from the Sales Department.
Assisting in coordinating delivery requirements of customer for purchased products.
Handling and processing all purchase orders, licensing, warranty, and extended warranty paperwork.
Supporting the Territory Managers out in the field with answers to questions regarding manufacturer pricing programs, discounts and sales incentives.
Assisting the Sales Coordinator and Rental Manager with executing inventory audits.
Acting as the “go to” person for members of the sales department with anything that may arise after the machine has been invoiced to the customer.
Will work closely and coordinate with the Regional Sales Coordinator.
Will have other responsibilities including One Drive Access responsibilities and phone duties.
The successful applicant will be required to learn our internal tandem computer network. The successful applicant will also need to work with limited supervision, be self-motivated and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Word, Excel, E-mail, computer and phone skills are essential.
