We Offer
Create strategies, recommendations and execution plans for Transformation of Operational Organizational Change. Ensure operational stability through automation as well traditional Change Management activity like Chairing Global Change Advisory Boards. With your presentation and organizational skills you will be key to drive Projects and activities forward.


  • Assist in key audit and regulatory deliverables, ensuring they progress as expected

  • Aid in the tracking and reporting of progress of each initiative in the audit and regulatory Book of Work to ensure all targets are being met and work is progressing as expected
  • Ensure operational stability through automation as well traditional Change Management activity like Chairing Global Change Advisory Boards.
  • Ensure management awareness of deviation from expected timelines and deliverable schedules
  • Deputy to Americas Regional Change Manager
  • Support Operational Change Management functions as required
  • Aid in the Automated Change (DevOps) Enablement Effort working directly with application teams to ensure compliance with change policy

You Offer
We are looking for an applicant with proven experience in IT Change Managment from a traditional aspect to new automated/Devops approach. With your skill to adopt and understand requirements quickly you can translate them in practical Strategies to transform teams and inspire others to follow you.


  • Industry experience, working in a global or financial services firm
  • Knowledge of, and/or heavy exposure to IT Service Management, specifically Change Management
  • Experience in working in ServiceNow, Change Module preferred
  • Experience engaging with audit and regulatory matters
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including management presentations
  • Client-focused and team-oriented mind set
