How will you contribute to the team?

• Leverage experience in project controls, construction, manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain to integrate into a large, complex client organization with ease.


• Adapt to changing dynamics and balance client initiatives seamlessly.


• Primary, daily point of contact to client, contractors, and consultants as owners’ representative.


• Facilitate front-end definition of scope of work for projects in coordination with the client stakeholders.


• Coordinate with the capital projects team to track and develop budgets, change order logs, and various reports.


• Manage cost controls compared to budget and weekly schedule changes.


• Create and implement project execution plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.


• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large projects.


• Review high-level deliverables across projects.


• Approve deliverables prepared by team before passing to the client.


• Perform other duties the Supervisor deems necessary from time to time.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience.


• Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities.


• Comfortable utilizing a variety of technology tools to create reporting, dashboards and examine data for process improvement.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively drive change and client-side improvement.


• Ability to present and pitch ideas to senior leadership.


• Experience managing project controls in a construction or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.


• Must possess a strong understanding of project management and supply chain management.


• Advanced Excel skills required.


• Must thoroughly understand and utilize information technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
