Responsibilities

The primary Client Reliability & Readiness Lead Analyst responsibility is to manage technology readiness regarding client implementation, Go-Live execution, and service recovery efforts. This individual will collaborate with internal business and technology partners for cross-functional collaboration and alignment across the enterprise.

The Applicant must demonstrate intermediate to strong working knowledge of:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong collaboration skills


• Understand and convey technical language into business-friendly terms


• Lead and influence partners without authority


• Ability to work with ambiguity and improve iteratively


• Self-motivated, drive progress with limited direction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years work experience


• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Communications or Leadership discipline preferred


• Intermediate technology competency


• Understanding of pharmacy benefit management operations


• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support Go-Live events


• Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
