Job Description:

The Solution Integration Specialist (SIS) plays a key role in ensuring the solutions Epiq sells to its clients are fully implemented as expected and the operations teams are educated and trained on all solution components, including specifically but not exclusively technology components.

A successful SIS is someone with extremely strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; and a demonstrated ability to drive projects to a successful conclusion.

Key responsibilities/capabilities include:


  • Detailed technical understanding of all Epiq GBTS product offerings and how they can and can’t be configured to meet specific client solution requirements

  • Ability to present and demonstrate solution technology components to client key contacts, client IT, and other client staff

  • Support Epiq GBTS Technology Team on technology install and configuration activities

  • Train Epiq and client staff on use of technology components, ensuring optimal levels of adoption and effective use

  • Along with the Solutions team project managers, ensure all milestones and deadlines are met with regard to solution implementation and adoption prior to hand-off to operations teams.

Credentials:


  • Minimum of 7 years of directly relevant experience in business process outsourcing and/or technology integration

  • While Epiq does not have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy as a condition of employment, certain Epiq clients and specifically the client location for this job you are applying for requires all Epiq employees providing onsite services to be vaccinated.

Required characteristics:

  • Ability to travel to client sites for up to 60 days

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Solid presentation skills

  • Strong customer service experience
