Job Description:

The Solutions Architect (SA) position is a key, client-facing role on the GBTS Solutions team. The SA will support pre-sales efforts for GBTS including office services, production print, print to mail production, production imaging and capture, freight / logistics design, RIM, GRSS, technology and other growth areas. The SA, along with the Sr. Director of Solutions (SDS), will be responsible for collaborating with sales, operations, and the other members of the Solutions Team to craft custom solutions for prospects and clients incorporating various GBTS service lines and technology solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide sales support and present solution offerings for GBTS prospective clients.


• Develop in depth knowledge of all GBTS technology platforms and solutions


• Solicit client business requirements, develop a solutions/sales strategy, effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provides business value.


• Contribute to achieving area revenue targets by responding to RFI/RFPs, client demo’s, assisting in proposal preparation and pricing.


• Coordinate project communication with teams including sales, service delivery and clients to ensure successful project start-up and that client’s requirements are fulfilled.


• Conduct internal training on Epiq solution offerings when required.


• Spearhead local marketing GBTS initiatives that contribute to Epiq branding and generation of qualified leads.


• Collaborate with project managers and provide architectural governance and oversite to facilitate project deliver

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in solutions related roles required.


• Experience with Solutions Architecture and Design for office services, production print, print to mail production, production imaging / capture, freight / logistics, records - information management, and enabling remote administrative production workflows


• Experienced in providing solution alternative analysis Experience with fostering innovation and generating incremental value by identifying, qualifying, and adopting new technologies In-depth knowledge of technology and related software applications including workflow, business analytics and similar toolsets. Proven ability to work with midlevel senior business partners in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies and support business process re-engineering efforts


• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, operational management experience, and experience in both legal and corporate environments.


• In-depth knowledge of technology and related software applications including workflow, business analytics and similar toolsets.


• Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery


• Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
