This position is responsible for program management functions for AT&T’s Technology Development Program (TDP), leveraging a participant first mindset. This job requires expert level experience to:
Continue elevating the strong TDP brand,
Think strategically to create annual funnels of diverse, qualified talent by partnering with AT&T College Recruiting, employee referrals, external reskilling/upskilling education groups, and internal employees interested in launching tech careers via TDP, positioning AT&T as an employer of choice in a highly competitive landscape,
Create written and visual communications to drive candidate interest, motivate accepted candidates, and impact program participants,
Communicate to influence and inform executive leadership (written, spoken, and visual as needed),
Provide thought leadership on employee development strategies,
Forecast hiring needs (in number, skills, and locations), and drive related TDP compensation change decisions,
Create strategy for areas of responsibility, and operations for areas of shared program responsibility,
Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry and technology,
Make recommendations and/or decisions regarding tooling updates, changes and purchases in support of program needs,
Generate or modify processes in support of program needs, update documentation to match, share changes with stakeholders and interested parties,
Collaborate with TDP participant supervisors on program experience.

SAFe Agile experience a plus.
Experience: Typically requires 8-10 years’ experience
