Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for our new manufacturing facility in Hudson, WI to support manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Prepare finished goods and paperwork per customer requirements for shipment.


• Coordinate freight carriers with freight deliveries


• Maintain UPS computer system, shipments/tracking


• Request proof of delivery and track shipments when required


• Receive incoming freight


• Transact material moving between facilities


• Complete proper paperwork for hazardous material shipments, which includes MSD

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing and math skills


• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving/materials

What Will Put You Ahead

• Ability to operate a forklift (complete training and testing)


• Ability to meet the physical requirements for the position


• Knowledge of ERP systems


• Knowledge of international shipping requirements

Physcial Requirements:

• Frequently lift 10-50 lbs.


• Frequent standing, walking, carrying, reaching and handling.
