What do you get to do in this position?

• Take a lead role in manufacturing our current and next generation motion control products
• Develop manufacturing workcells, manufacturing equipment and fixtures to support elctro-mechanical assembly & test
• Work closely with our engineering teams to take product designs from initial concept through to full production.
• Utilize DFM/DFT analysis, FMEA tools, and Lean Mfg methods to ensure a world class mfg environment as we introduce new products

This job might be for you if:

• BS in manufacturing engineering or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role
• Proficiency in creating written and pictorial documentation of manufacturing processes
• Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing processes, concepts, and quality metrics
• Experience using 3D CAD to design mechanical equipment, fixtures, and tooling
