Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Apex Site Solutions Inc in Elk Grove, California

Job Description:

Apex Site Solutions is a wireless telecommunications contractor based in Elk Grove, CA. We service all of California as well as Nevada and Oregon. We are currently seeking a rockstar accounts receivable coordinator. This is a full time onsite position out of our Elk Grove office with the ability to be hybrid in office/remote once established.

Responsibilities Include:

Uploading workbooks, new customers, and new vendors into Spectrum
Invoicing for AR
Ensure timely payments from our customers and follow up when necessary
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies
Manage/File Customer POs
Maintain filing system
Reconciliation of checking and savings accounts
Scan invoices and receipts

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of educational or professional experience in an AR role or similar with experience using an ERP system.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Moderate to proficient skill level with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Experience using Outlook and G-Suite
Superior written and verbal skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all situations
Ability to prioritize workload efficiently
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quick changing environment
Relative college degree is a plus
