As the Supervisor Warehouse, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. You will lead, support, and facilitate the warehouse personnel to achieve all goals related to safety, quality, performance, and cost. Also, you will supervise and direct the department in a manner that will maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct workflow activities regarding productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Facilitate performance reviews, trainings, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate dock and yard movements, including assisting with trailer moves and operating forklifts as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and correct any variances
• Perform administrative functions including payroll, scheduling, coordinating shipments, and filling out necessary paperwork
  
  

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, transportation, military, or related environment
