Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be an Accountant.

• Reports directly to site Controller and will analyze and report standard costs, labor costs, headcount & labor forecasting and budgeting, perform month end close activities such as journal entries and analyses, and support payroll and time-keeping processes.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

• Reporting and analysis of payroll, labor, and headcount data


• Month-end close journal entries and analyses


• Forecasting and budgeting support


• AP support and analysis


• Record retention process support

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field


• 5 years of progressive accounting experience; previous cost accounting experience preferred


• Experience with SOX controls auditing processes


• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.


• Advanced Excel skills required.


• SQL knowledge a plus


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving


• Project management skills


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
