Key responsibilities - Compliance & Controls:
•Fleet Safety: Assist branches managing unassigned miles and any other Telogis needs. Monitor DQ/MVR process, including random drug test•People: Assist branches with the on-boarding and training process of new hires/new in roles, particularly around set up and access to applications. Assist branches managing any union health and welfare requirements•Customer focus: Provide assistance to the RDCL to support branch operations & service analytics/reporting capabilities. •Delivery Ops: Monitor Branch Mobile Link, Edge, POD, Manifest performance by Driver and assist branch with managing the Route Planner and Edge systems, as needed. Review Service and Productivity Reports and assist branch manage performance. Complete Delivery Time Comparison and Time Window Analysis semi-annual by Branch and help address changes throughout the year, include Holiday schedules in SAP and communications to retail•Delivery Assets: Produce Warehouse Assembler performance reporting. Monitor Cart/Pallet reporting in Edge and assist branch with CHEP pallet management. Manage new vendor creation process for branchesJob specific requirements:
Education / Certifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
College degree (preferred)
2 - 4 years of experience in similar positions (preferred)
