Role Responsibilities

• Develop & manage monthly supply plans for the 3-24-month horizon, including capacity planning and optimization strategies to meet budgeted growth, service, inventory and sales targets
• As an integral member of the S&OP process, identify and communicate gaps and risks to budget and develop resolution alternatives, effectively communicating and escalating required tradeoffs to drive informed decisions through the Global Supply Review process
• Provide support to S&OP Supply Review analyses - materials, capacity, hedging, risks, opportunities, decision points
• Align with Operations team to determine correct production capacity levels needed to support Plan
• Through partnership Demand Planning, ensure Long Term Supply Plan aligns with Demand Forecast and Budget
• Become an expert at the process, allowing for standardization and documentation of process and creation of KPIs.
• Contribute to development of business strategies and tactics to address supply chain optimization problems
• Along with Short Term Supply planners, Develop & Manage CFG replenishment and inventory plans, including optimization of safety stocks, lot sizing, run frequency and seasonal inventory build/drawdown
• Support development of long-term inventory and capacity plans for 18-24-month horizon
• Support Inventory Optimization and Stratification initiatives
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement to enhance long term supply planning and continued S&OP process advancements
• Develop SOPs and functional documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, including TTB and Customs
• Accept other duties as assigned

 
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of planning/scheduling experience.
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Ability to research and compile data and develop creative solutions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to influence and partner at all levels of organization
• SAP MRP, APO, PPDS background preferred
• Continuous Improvement experience preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) experience a plus
