Responsibilities

Teach courses in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (3-4 courses per semester), in the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Maintain office hours.


• Provide academic advising as assigned by the Chair.


• Participate in all departmental/school activities that advance the goals of the department/college, (e.g. Open House, Preview Days, recruitment, service on departmental and college-wide committees, curriculum development, etc

Qualifications

Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.

Candidates with a record of teaching and/or industrial experience is preferred.

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
