Overview

Stellar is seeking experienced Plumber Apprentices in Jonesboro, Arkansas and Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Journeyman Plumber with plumbing related tasks
• Pressure Testing and flushing of systems
• Assemble Eye Wash Stations, Process Sinks, Hose Stations and other items as shown on plans
• Backfill compaction equipment
• Hand excavate/backfill
• Cut, carry, assemble plumbing piping and fittings

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience
• Licensed Florida Plumber Apprentice
• Underground knowledge and experience preferred
• Food Processing Plant experience is a major plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Knowledge and usage of measuring and testing devices, hand and power tools
• Basic math abilities
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills
