1. Job Title : WIndows Server Admin 

2. Job Summary : WFH allowed till 31 Dec 21 .. Managing the physical and virtual environments of over 4500+ Microsoft Windows Servers. .. Monitor the ticket management software to track progress on issues until resolution and closure (24x7). .. Ensure infrastructure systems and services are operating at optimal level to ensure business functions, high availability and recoverability. .. Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with server infrastructure. .. Perform routine audits of Windows Server systems and software. .. Remediate Windows Servers with updates, patches, and configuration changes. .. Providing Level 2 support on VMware infrastructure. Tasks such as managing VM snapshots, configuration changes, disk addition etc. .. Renewing and installing SSL certificates before expiration. .. Follow security compliance standards through various technologies including Microsoft SCCM, IBM Big Fix, along with a myriad of other compliance software technologies. .. Transitioning and decommissioning Windows servers .. Anticipation, mitigation, identification, troubleshooting, and correction of hardware and software issues on servers, and escalation of incidents, as necessary. .. Developing required reports in response to Audit/Compliance Control Issues, business user and management needs. .. Monitoring and maintaining Anti-virus software on all Windows servers. .. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly tracking of incidents types and problems. .. Preparing for and participating in Disaster recovery processes. .. Remediating vulnerabilities from servers which fail compliance scans. .. Maintaining comprehensive server inventory (active and decommissioned). .. Basic working experience on AWS/Azure Cloud - server power on/off, load balancer, instance type change, taking/removing snap shot 3. Shift : Normal business hours, sometimes weekend changes to be supported 4. Roles & Responsibilities : please see above 5. Demand requires Travel? : No 6.
