Intrepid Solutions is seeking a qualified Database Architect to support a new program serving a DoD customer. This effort will provide research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. A qualified Database Architect will meet or exceed the qualifications, and be capable of performing the duties, listed below:
Responsibilities
Developing and documenting database architectures via database architectural strategies at the modeling, design and implementation stages.
Developing database solutions by designing proposed system; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery.
Utilizing ETL (extract, transform, load) best practices in the creation of the database.
Determining database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and programming.
Managing data structure at the design phase of SQL and Non-SQL database management.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This is a Full Time position, with standard operating hours to be dicussed during the interview process.
It is anticipated that this position will require 100% on-site support.
TRAVEL:
Position may require some travel.

CLEARANCE:
Active Top Secret / SCI. ***TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any clearance upgrades, reactivation, or sponsorship.***
EDUCATION:
Required, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
CERTIFICATION(S):
Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years of experience developing and documenting database architectures via database architectural strategies at the modeling, design and implementation stages.
