The Talent Development Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and project management tasks to support the successful execution of the Talent Development Team's scope of work.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and performing arangeof activities to ensure successful execution of Talent Development training and development programs.

  • Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and/or other documents related to performance management and the LMS system.

  • Coordinating and tracking program evaluations and assessment tools.

  • Handling logistics and course management duties.

  • Maintaining strong industry relationships.

  • Completing other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Effective coordination of onboarding activities

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Work within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

  • Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate

  • Strong ability to multi-task
