Responsible for supporting Sales Operations and Field Sales by assisting with administrative work, RFP's, running sales reports, and maintaining sales records and statistics.
Accepts incoming RFP's, etc, for review and distribution to appropriate departments.
Assists in the preparation of RFP's.
Creates and maintains sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Completes and maintains Vendor Forms.
Registers the Commercial Branches for Trade Shows.This may include ordering the booth(s) and all related items required for the show.
Disperses and maintains lead information from all sources. (Web, Call Center, Tendersbiz, Bird B Gone and Onvia)
Submits Mission data entry forms to the Admin Center via E-forms on ServiceMaster Connect.
Reviews monthly commission processes and changes for field sales teams and assists sales team with commission questions.
Assists in tracking any new initiatives. (IE: price increase, fresh effects)
Responsible for ordering and maintaining process of ordering equipment for all new sales professionals.
Works with all cross functional teams, Marketing, Service, Legal and Finance to ensure communication and transparency on all sales initiatives.
Generates monthlysales presentations via PowerPoint and Excel.
High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
3-4 years of Administrative Experience
Strong skills with Mission is required
Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing environment
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple takes in a timely manner
Ability to interact in a positive manner with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
Ability to take into account all areas impacted by the sales process
Good interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
