Job Description:

Are you well versed in 1:1 communication and have the technical expertise to support personalization at the customer level?  If so, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our CRM team.   

In this role, the ideal candidate would have a strong working knowledge of CRM principles, such as customer segmentation, targeting, RFM metrics, testing and offer strategies.  In addition, this role is required to have knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.   

PLEASE NOTE:  This is not an entry level Salesforce role --- you must have prior, documented experience with Marketing Cloud, specifically in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.  SFMC certification(s) are a plus. 

Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating the technical execution of CRM strategies within Salesforce, as developed by the CRM Loyalty Program Managers across Publix and GreenWise Market brands 

  • Be well versed in SFMC – understand the use of data extensions, contact model, journey criteria, data flows, and data attributes, with a deep understanding of customer experience, journey design and implementation 

  • Implement and manage campaigns across email and mobile channels 

  • Work with CRM Analytics to facilitate audience lists, suppressions, targeting, and other project requirements  

  • Work with Creative, Content, Project Management, and external agency teams to assist with management of project timelines, email segmentation, dynamic template creation, creative feedback, audience targeting criteria, and approvals 

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data systems and processes support efficient execution of data-drive campaigns. 

  • Understand deliverability best practices and be comfortable with a/b multivariate testing  

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Technology or Communications or equivalent experience

  • At least four years of digital channel execution experience in Marketing or Advertising.

  • Strong understanding of digital applications/ platforms (examples: mobile, web, tablet and social)

  • Knowledge of all current and future trends in digital marketing and communications platforms and applications

  • Knowledge of digital and social media analytics (Example: web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Urchin)

  • Knowledge of budgetary management, metrics and reporting

  • Knowledge of digital design, programming, e-commerce and web development practices

  • Knowledge of content management and ecommerce systems

  • Strong understanding of search engine technology, strategies and tactics, including enterprise search engine optimization, local search, and mobile search optimization

  • Knowledge of video optimization for search and performance

  • Knowledge of Marketing project workflow process and digital process lifecycle

  • Astute attention to detail and accuracy

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising

  • At least six years of digital channel execution experience in Marketing or Advertising
