The purpose of the Part-Time Customer Care & Social Media Support position is to accurately and comprehensively capture the voice of Publix customers, which includes customer questions, concerns, feedback and sentiment through Publix social media channels, phone calls and emails, and supporting several areas in the department based on business needs, with a focus on supporting Social Media. This includes providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service to customers on a variety of topics including questions about policies, technical systems or products and/or concerns about product or overall experiences at our stores, serving as an extension of the premier in store experience that customers have come to expect from Publix.
