Develop, manage and implement the recruitment process supporting Inmar’s technology, analytics and product teams across all Inmar networks. The Technology Recruiter will play a critical role in bringing on top technology and analytics talent. Some of the professional positions include system architects, analysts, developers, engineers, and technical support staff members.
Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for Technology and Information Technology positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing as needed (full desk recruiting).
Work directly with human resource business partners and their hiring managers to understand requirements and assure coverage on requisitions.
Develop and grow a pool of passive technology candidates.
Utilize a marketing approach to assist with the development and maintenance of active and passive job applicant pools by studying current and projected job needs and qualifications; identify and qualify sources; research, target, and cold-call potential candidates; manage resumes, maintain data integrity, match and track skill sets to positions.
Contribute to the development of a pipeline of top talent for critical roles, to minimize the use of external recruiters.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
Research and recommend alternate sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; develop and execute candidate nurturing program of passive candidates.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
Assist in the management of the relationship with third party vendors.
Ensure all documented approvals are in place prior to confirming any offers of employment.
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and Inmar employees.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and update tracker accordingly.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects including but not limited to reporting.
Assist with reporting and metrics for all recruiting efforts and hiring activities, such as, time to fill, quality of applicants, quality of hires and hiring costs.
Attend various career fairs as needed.
Balance time to fill with quality of hires stats.
Manage profiles on Stack Overflow and DICE
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems or a related field ; Or any appropriate combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in information technology and/or software engineering.
A minimum of 1-2 years of information technology recruiting is preferred.
Active in local and regional technology industry groups and communities.
Experience working in and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Open Hire & iCIMS.
Experience working in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), preferably Workday.
Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating deals to reach desired outcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills with intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with the ability to execute and take initiative.
Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while maintaining multiple responsibilities and projects with tight deadlines.
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to recruiting, hiring and processing of pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
Proven working knowledge of the complete recruiting function, including but not limited to research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing, and closing positions.
