The Health Client Technology Analyst Role thrives on managing the quality assurance and technology development efforts for their client. They focus on delivering a positive participant experience as well as serving as a connection point for client, third parties and shared services. The Client Technology Analyst will instill strong values in their team helping them understand that the work we are doing impacts thousands of people and that every little detail matters. They document and highlight variances to our best practices while assisting with solutions to meet the client's needs. The Client Technology Analyst is able to work in a global environment with a virtual team and demonstrate a moderate level of cross-cultural competencies.

The Health Client Technology Analyst II (CBA Implementation) will:


  • Deliver clear analysis, test plans, and standard operating procedures for project work


  • Coordinate, coach and develop team members on technology and quality assurance fundamentals


  • Create a culture of continuous improvement


  • Review and support client requests and escalation management


The Client Technology Analyst is responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of tasks, including:

Client Delivery


  • Assist in leading and managing documentation for client, internal and third-party meetings


  • Works with and responds to client or third party on new solutions, project questions, and client requests or escalations


  • Grow health domain skills and understand how changes in health care reform will impact the delivery for our clients.


Project & Administration Delivery


  • Participates in Iteration life cycle and deployment governance


  • Manages development blueprints for current iteration work


  • Creates/reviews analysis and test plan documents


  • Assist in creation standard operation procedures


  • Manages small to medium projects


  • Participates and owns portions of training and project hand-off


  • Leverages operating system to assist in risk mitigation planning


  • Assist with project hand-offs


  • Owns the execution/managing of system activities


  • Defect identification and resolution, including Root Cause Analysis


  • Owns understanding of client requirements and how they drive work activity in order to convert into detailed system analysis.


  • Complex query development


Team Development


  • Is a role model for global and cross-cultural team support


  • Coaches and provides feedback to entry level colleagues


  • Helps manage work of other team members


  • Coaches broader team on solutions and system tools


Requirements


  • 4-6 years related work experience


  • Knowledge of system capabilities and functionality


  • Experience with project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.


  • Experience in the development and implementation of software solutions


  • Experience as Setup Configuration Specialist or equivalent work experience


  • Experience with benefits administration preferably in the Health and Welfare arena


  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language


  • Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products


  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws


  • Ability to translate client requirements and/or legislation into system specifications and test plan


  • Understanding of different file formats and structures as well as understanding of data models


  • Relational database experience, preferably SQL Server


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS) or equivalent years of industry experience
