Here's where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our Service Oregon division. In this role you will create repair proposals initiated by field staff and customers. You will also coordinate repairs with customers, vendors, dispatchers, technicians and municipal inspection authorities.

You're great at:

Strong communication, organization and time management will take you far in this role. Your responsibilities include intaking and tracking repair requests while also preparing quotes. Additionally, you will process and coordinate approved work, including ordering of equipment, permits, part and materials, and communication with dispatch and technicians.

To be successful in this role, you will work and produce quotes in a timely manner. You will also keep stakeholders informed of progress, delays, etc.

What we would like to see from you:

• College degree or equivalent work experience.


• 0-2 years prior related work experience preferred.


• Ability to understand technical information required.
