Job Description:

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work
with minimal supervision and make decisions concerning quality independently
Inspect
parts for defects and make adjustments to maintain good quality parts
Ability
to keep records, read schedules, learn part numbers (model numbers), accurately
conduct inventory counts, identify parts by visual inspection and distinguish
one part from another

KNOWLEDGE SKILL SET AND QUALIFICATIONS
Lockout/Tag out Training required
Forklift experience
Completion of Forklift Training before going on the job
Quality Inspection

Minimum Qualification

REQUIREMENTS
Must have no written disciplinary action in the past 6 months
Must have less than 4.0 attendance points
Good communication skills to regularly communicate with team members on a proactive basis regarding changeovers, customer order requirements, etc.
Good recording keeping skills are a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate machinery. The employee is required to stand. The employee must repetitively lift and/or move up to 25 pounds overhead. The employee must be able to climb up and down from machinery. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
