USESI/Electrical Wholesalers is looking for a motivated and energetic Counter Sales Associate. This position is located in our Norwich, CT Branch Office and will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Other Connecticut Locations include: Bristol, Meriden, Manchester, New Haven, Norwalk, Norwich, Stratford, Danbury and Waterbury

Job Duties Include:

• Assist customers at the counter, via email, and phone.


• Small project pricing and order processing.


• Effectively quote, place, and process orders.


• Proactively track orders in computer system for customer and processing efficiency.


• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.


• General warehouse work, putting stock away, pulling will calls, and inventory preparations.

Required Skills:

• Previous sales experience in the electrical industry a plus but not required


• Must be able to multi-task


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
