We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the US. Preference for candidate to be within the local Phoenix, Arizona area. This position will work be required to work the local business hours of Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Untangle ambiguous data problems and help drive product excellence


• Independently compile, analyze, validate, map, and transform data using data validation and statistical methods


• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports


• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets


• Independently review logical and physical data models and provide input to enhance data quality


• Support databases and processes to update data as needed


• Work directly with Product Owners to understand requirements and needs; actively participate in the development and delivery of data solutions to support those requirements


• Automation of data uploads and downloads using standard ftp tools as well as custom ETL processing


• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems


• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues


• Should be good in implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Data Analysis / Business Intelligence: Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques


• Minimum of 3 years of experience doing Business Data Analysis using Python

Preferred Skills:

• Education: Bachelors / Masters of Computer Application or equivalent engineering / IT degree from an accredited University


• Preferred experience working with Hive and public cloud platform like AWS


• Experience in Healthcare (preferred)
