Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the quality and timely entry of all sales and returned goods orders.
Utilize the CRM system to document updates, evaluate status, and provide reports.
Support the maintenance of internal documentation including pricing updates and invoicing instructions.
Process electronic invoicing requirements.
Follow up to ensure PO's are acquired to cover the requested work.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, as assigned.
Support sales and other local events, as needed.
Other sales administrative duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of sales order entry
Proven typing speed and accuracy
Customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Salesforce experience desired
Microsoft Office intermediate level experience (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and change priorities when asked
Committed to collaboration with others in the organization
Strong organization skills
Education
HS Diploma or GED
