Summary: The Accounts Receivable Clerk's primary responsibilities are to support LCI's accounting department by providing administrative and clerical services to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. Other responsibilities as listed below:

Supervisory Responsibility

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  1. Clerical- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Communicates with management, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and take instructions. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.

Travel

No travel is expected for this role.

Required Education and Experience


  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

  2. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

  3. Administration, 1+ years

  4. Ability to multitask

  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Company transactions

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to pass E-Verify.
