Job Description:

UST HealthProof is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, who under the general supervision of the Program or Project Manager, will help successfully deliver a health plan ecosystem. The Business Analyst will help support various workstreams within a program to assist the Program Manager and work with small to mid-size Health Plan Clients, third party vendors, and onshore and offshore UST associates in implementing system installations, conversions and migrations. Candidate should have strong experience in requirements solicitation and analysis preferably in health care or related industries. You should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact with external clients. You should be a complex problem solver who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

• Use analytics and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex problems


• Work independently to define, test and implement project functional requirements
