We're searching for an individual with a diverse portfolio of experience to contribute to existing customer-focused marketing programs and to assist with the development of new initiatives that optimize the customer experience. Specific focus areas will be supporting business segment trade show activities and the implementation of Momentive brand efforts. Day-to-day activities may include drafting or editing presentations, project management and tracking results, building relationships with business segment partners and working with third party vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of functions including marketing, communications, public relations, branding, digital marketing and social media. The Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Trade show support
Support global business segment trade show activities as defined by Momentive trade show tiers. Activities include project management, ordering show services, preparing and tracking budgets, pre & post-show preparations, and follow-up
Ensure trade show efforts align with company and segment goals, identifying alternatives and areas for improvement where needed
Develop and catalog the organization of the Momentive image library, including the documentation and tracking of stock photography licenses and internal image releases
Provide management and support for the Momentive Collective portal, a SharePoint-based site that houses brand, marketing, and sales tools
Support the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy
CXM team support
Support team financial needs including creation of purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budgets
Develop team dashboards and reporting tools
Document team processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency where possible
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive and trend analysis for team initiatives as needed

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related fields
3+ years of marketing experience in a coordinator or similar role
Experience in brand activities, public relations, communications
Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage projects from start to finish
Proactive and resourceful
Self-motivated and enjoys working both on a team and independently
Quick learner who isn't afraid to ask questions, own their tasks and develop the role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and/or Salesforce preferred
