Technical Support Analyst at WellSky in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Description:

WellSky is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our CarePort team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying and confirming customer-facing application technical issues for escalation. You will also be responsible for testing, validating, and resolving issues as appropriate through SQL, databases, and development tools.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing, troubleshooting, and documenting escalated software operational issues and technical issues.


• Assisting Engineering and QA in identifying, debugging, testing, and resolving customer-facing application issues.


• Escalating unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution.


• Ensuring required response time and resolution times are met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


• 1+ years of experience in a user-facing customer service role


• 1+ years of experience using analytic tools such as Excel, SQL, SAP, and Access


• Understanding of database systems and networking


• Web-based software support experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience writing SQL queries


• Healthcare software support experience


• Spanish language skills are a plus.
