Cotiviti is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team. This person will support general finance with a focus on Treasury and Banking, Investor Relations and Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting for Cotiviti, including general ad hoc analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash positioning activities, including daily liquidity management, cash position reconciliation, wire transfer releases and bank reporting.
- Manage relationships with Company's banks and bank users.
- Support initiatives to optimize banking architecture, cash processes and debt management.
- Helps lead the quarterly earnings process, including preparing and drafting press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A and presentation materials.
- Monitoring industry trends and interpreting the potential implications for the business.
- Gathering and providing data and leading analysis to assess business strengths and weaknesses.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for assigned departments.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to quantify revenue and operational opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
- Strong analytic skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial/operational impact of opportunities with limited data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information.
- Creative and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
