Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Sales Trainee (ST) function supports sales plans and provides route coverage for their colleagues during special circumstances. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores. Your primary role is to service all customers safely and productively while covering assigned routes and following Red Bull executional standards. This role is the training ground to become an Account Sales Manager and quickly grow your career.
RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Train with and cover for Account Sales Managers on their routes when needed
Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate findings to District Sales Manager
Meet monthly sales goals focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components
Manage Red Bull products in assigned RBDC accounts
Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts
Maintain professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space
Build and protect the Red Bull brand
Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
