Job Description
Summary: Directs and coordinates the day-to-day shift activities, by providing leadership and supervision to crew members. Serves as the link between direct reports and middle/upper management. This position also performs other related production duties as assigned by the Department Manager and/or Steering Team Management.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; BS Degree in equivalent corresponding job-related experience in a converting facility are preferred. Lithography experience is desirable; at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry; previous experience in folding carton or sheet fed facility desirable but not required; basic knowledge of computer skills; SAP knowledge desired; ability to work with a diverse set of personalities; ability to prioritize work flow; ability to prioritize work flow; occasional overtime and weekends are required.
