Job Description:


JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruiting Manager:


  • Recruiter Training/Development

    • Work with AE's and Lead Recruiter to develop training plan for new Recruiter hires

    • Have weekly 1on1's with Recruiters for first 6 months of employment or for any Recruiter under 80% of quota

    • Monthly 1on1's with all Recruiters



  • Recruiter Management

    • Monitor Recruiter Metrics Daily and send out by 9am

      • Daily Subs

      • Daily Recruiter Closing



    • Manage Recruiter RTO requests and coverage

    • Hold Recruiters accountable for Recruiter Scorecard Metrics (Subs, Closing and Quota)

    • Manage performance plans for Recruiters below 60% of quota and below 9 on Scorecard



  • Job Board Management

    • Manage Recruiter job board access and efficiency

    • Monitor recruiter job postings to ensure compliance with DISYS and Client protocols



  • Recruiter Hiring

    • Work with internal Recruiting Team, Local Teams and Leadership Team for all internal Recruiter hiring plans

    • Interview potential Recruiters



  • Daily Allocation

    • Work with AE's to allocate additional resources to urgent needs or large volume hiring events (AE's will come to Recruiting Manager when needs arise to request additional allocation of Recruiters)

    • Work with Centralized Recruiting Leads to efficiently allocate Centralized Team



Requirements


  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience in an Agency environment

  • 1+ years of Lead or Management experience

  • Internal DISYS applicants must have 1+ year with DISYS and have maintained greater than 80% of quota during last 12 months
