We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Campus Recruiter is responsible for assessing talent for high volume, complex roles as well as communicating with business leaders and interpreting recruiting plans for the campus recruiting team. Additional responsibility includes providing strong strategic support to the business and partnering with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and vendors for successfully meeting client talent objectives.

As a University Relations Campus Recruiter, a typical day to include the following:


  • Support full campus recruiting life cycle

  • Work with business leaders to set campus recruiting strategy

  • Assess talent by sourcing, screening and conducting interviews

  • Communicate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to agree on hiring forecast, talent management and recruiting strategy

  • Manage and track candidates through the entire application process

  • Manage internal client relationships

  • Partner with operations team to lead and manage the candidate interview, offer and onboarding process to deliver a seamless interview experience for the candidates

  • Coordinate large interview days, inviting up to 40 candidates to interview onsite, with the hiring team and identified assessors

  • Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers

  • Extend candidate offers

  • Must be able to travel to multiple universities throughout the U.S. and attend career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviews and other campus recruiting activities. Travel up to 50% during campus busy season (Sept-November, January-March)

  • Leverage knowledge of Campus Recruiting to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvements

  • Lead Early Career Development program, INSPIRE

  • Drive success with social media efforts

Suggested Experience:


  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably campus recruiting

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of campus recruiting practices

  • Hands-on experience in recruiting Business, MIS, IT, and other business related majors

  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, environment, and a growing business

  • Knowledge of Workday or similar applicant tracking systems preferred

  • Knowledge and skill in candidate process management, especially dealing with a high volume of needs in one or several locations

  • Sales and marketing skills preferred

  • Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively to support recruiting efforts

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required
