The primary focus of the Corporate Sales Specialist is to work with sales representatives along with current customers as the primary liaison. Additionally, you will work with our sister divisions and partners across the company to identify new prospects by, soliciting, selling, and implementing Rand Whitneys products and solutions to companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the sales team to help with projects and new opportunities that arise
Responsible for maintaining monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for management
Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions or escalate to the appropriate department to resolve
Monitor inventory levels against the order book to ensure we can meet customer needs
Partner with production employees on the floor to ensure flawless execution of customer orders.
Develop business plans to meet personal and company sales objectives
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for marketing and strategic sales opportunities and make monetary decisions for those programs.
Qualify and develop active, viable pipelines through targeting prospects and initiating contact utilizing the various methods of sales lead generation
Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new and existing accounts
Actively pursue cost reduction opportunities and identify alternative means to provide value to a prospect/customer
Provide accurate market feedback and industry trends
Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue
Escalate issues and concerns to production, design and other critical functions to improve quality, service and all deliverables
Create synergy between the various Rand Whitney divisions and other business to capitalize on
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred
3 years of business, sales, marketing, product/brand management, or manufacturing/production experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated
Energetic and result orientated
Organized
Excellent communication skills
Project management experience
Corrugated packaging experience preferred
Design and graphics experience preferred
Technical experience with carton erecting equipment preferred
