Here's where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Senior Facility Operations Consultant to join our team as a member of our growing National Technical Services division.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct field surveys and client organizational evaluations of Operation and Maintenance practices

  • Collect and analyze relevant client information and data

  • Identify client O&M inefficiencies and implement improvement programs for operational savings

  • Support sales efforts on a project by project basis

  • Provide direction and oversight of individual projects and FA/FO Specialists

  • May assume financial accountability on assigned projects

What we would like to see from you:

  • 5-10 years relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

  • Experience in developing and implementing facility operational improvements.

  • Change management and strong communication skills.

  • Experience with building commissioning, optimization, and energy savings programs preferred.

  • Highly proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions.

  • Proficient in project management/people leadership/business acumen.

  • Technical Degree (desired), Engineering Degree (desired) or equivalent work experience.
