Serve as the first point of contact for client during their upgrade; managing multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously.
Ensures the success of the project, as defined by the project scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct client kick-off meetings and establish regular cadence of internal and external project management meetings.
Manage internal and external project status reporting and escalations
Develop a functional and technical understanding of product solutions in order to assist with and/or complete system implementation tasks
Measures, tracks, and evaluates progress and risks against the project plan, milestones and required tasks.
Engages Account Owners to facilitate the sale of additional resources/services identified during the client engagements to increase revenue over planned targets.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5years of relevant experience in healthcare information technology project management, sales or consulting work experience.
Previous medical records software experience.

Summary:
The PxP Upgrade Project Manager is responsible for the detailed work associated with managing a client software upgrade in conjunction with the implementation of our PxP patient portal suite of products. Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to, project planning, routine project reporting, owning meetings and communication, following-up on tasks, managing risks, and assuring resources and efforts assigned to the upgrade project are focused on the priorities, timeline, and budget.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact during all phases of the upgrade, and is responsible for recognizing and handling of escalated customer issues as well as setting appropriate customer expectations.
